Terms of Service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between Prestige Motors (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") regarding the rental of luxury and sports cars and related services.
   2. By using our website, making a booking, or engaging with our services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
   3. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
2. RENTAL SERVICES
   1. The Company offers the following services:
      • Rental of luxury and sports cars
      • Chauffeur services
      • Delivery and pickup of rental vehicles
      • Extended rental periods (daily, weekly, monthly)
      • Special event rentals (weddings, corporate events, photoshoots)
      • VIP concierge services
      • Customized driving experiences
   2. All vehicle rentals are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
   3. Images of vehicles and their specifications on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual vehicles may vary slightly in appearance and features.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
   1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
   2. The Company accepts the following payment methods:
      • Credit and debit cards
      • Bank transfers
      • Digital wallets
      • Cryptocurrency (for select transactions)
   3. Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. The Company does not store complete credit card details.
   4. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Vehicle rentals will be charged at the price displayed at the time of booking.
   5. A security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies depending on the vehicle model and rental duration. This deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the vehicle after return.
4. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
   1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
   2. Booking process:
      • Customer selects desired vehicle and provides required information
      • Company confirms availability and provides a booking summary
      • Customer pays the required deposit
      • Company issues a booking confirmation with rental details
   3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all provided information (driving license details, contact information) is accurate. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
   4. The Company will send booking confirmations and rental documents to the email address provided by the Customer.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
   1. Cancellation by Customer:
      • 7+ days before rental start date: 90% refund of total rental price
      • 3-6 days before rental start date: 50% refund of total rental price
      • 1-2 days before rental start date: 25% refund of total rental price
      • Same day cancellation: No refund
   2. To cancel a booking, Customers must contact our customer service team in writing with their booking reference number.
   3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued using the original payment method.
   4. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund or the option to book an alternative vehicle.
6. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS AND VEHICLE USE
   1. Customers must meet the following requirements to rent a vehicle:
      • Minimum age of 25 years (30 years for high-performance vehicles)
      • Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
      • Clean driving record (no major violations within the past 3 years)
      • Valid identification (passport or national ID)
      • Valid credit card in the renter's name
   2. Vehicles must be used in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.
   3. Prohibited uses include:
      • Racing or speed testing
      • Off-road driving
      • Transporting illegal substances
      • Using the vehicle to commit any crime
      • Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
      • Exceeding mileage limitations specified in the rental agreement
   4. Any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
7. VEHICLE CONDITION AND RETURN
   1. Vehicles are provided in excellent condition with a full tank of premium fuel.
   2. The Customer must return the vehicle:
      • On or before the agreed return date and time
      • In the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear
      • With a full tank of premium fuel
      • With all provided accessories and documents
   3. Late returns will incur additional charges at the current daily rate plus a late fee.
   4. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged according to our damage assessment schedule.
8. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
   1. Basic insurance is included in all rentals, covering:
      • Third-party liability up to statutory limits
      • Collision damage with a deductible
      • Theft protection with a deductible
   2. The Customer is responsible for the insurance deductible amount in case of damage or theft.
   3. Optional premium insurance packages are available to reduce or eliminate the deductible.
   4. The Company is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle or for any indirect losses resulting from vehicle breakdown or malfunction.
9. GOVERNING LAW
   1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
   2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
