To rent a luxury car, you'll need a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years), a major credit card in your name, proof of insurance, and additional identification such as a passport. For certain high-performance vehicles, we may require additional documentation or proof of driving experience.

Yes, the minimum age requirement for renting our standard luxury vehicles is 25 years. For high-performance and exotic cars, the minimum age is 30 years. Some exceptions may apply for qualified drivers with excellent driving records and additional security deposits.

Yes, we offer complimentary delivery and pickup within city limits. For locations outside the city, a nominal fee applies based on distance. We can deliver to hotels, residences, airports, and other venues. Our concierge team will coordinate the details to ensure a seamless experience.

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of premium fuel, and we expect them to be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, we will charge the current market price for premium fuel plus a refueling service fee. For your convenience, we can arrange refueling service at the end of your rental.

Basic insurance coverage is included in all rental prices, covering damage and liability up to certain limits. We strongly recommend our premium insurance option for high-value vehicles, which provides more comprehensive coverage with lower deductibles. Specific coverage details will be explained during the booking process.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable. We understand plans can change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.
